In his over twenty years of private practice in New Mexico, Bruce Castle has represented all types of parties in a wide variety of sophisticated, nationwide real estate transactions - from Fortune 500 companies to local individuals. Mr. Castle has served as the principal attorney in charge on a nationwide basis of a full range of the most complex real estate transactions for a national wireless telecommunications company, including call center development, switch site, warehouse site, and complex retail and cell site work.

Mr. Castle has worked extensively on governmental aspects of real estate development, including industrial revenue bonds, public improvement districts and other governmental financing vehicles, both on behalf of developers and governmental agencies.

Mr. Castle's skills have been recognized by being named a Fellow in the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, being listed in Super Lawyers of the Southwest for real estate expertise, and receiving an "A-V Preeminent" rating from Martindale-Hubbell, representing the highest rating available for both competence and ethics. Mr. Castle is a member of the New Mexico Bar Association's Real Estate Opinion Task Force.

Mr. Castle has authored numerous opinions on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions and published nationally on unique aspects of real estate development and finance. He is a frequent speaker on real estate matters.
