Ms. Castle spent many years at one of the larger law firms in New Mexico, where she worked as an associate and shareholder on a variety of complex litigation matters, real estate broker defense, and environmental matters. Her experience including all aspects of trial preparation as well as working with clients to effect a satisfactory settlement of disputed matters. Additionally, Ms. Castle has represented clients in matters involving the Albuquerque Board of Realtors and New Mexico Real Estate Commission and enjoyed lecturing on realtor liability and environmental issues. Since joining Bruce Castle, Attorney at Law, she has continued her representation of real estate brokers, defense of commercial matters, and project-based research and writing.
