Mr. Castle has a proven track record of solving problems and adding value for his clients. His practice focuses on commercial real estate purchases and sales, development, leasing, financing, and entitlements; and general business matters such corporate and commercial contracts, corporate transactions including M&A, corporate restructuring, aviation, corporate governance and best practices, regulatory compliance and telecommunications.

In more than twenty years of private practice in New Mexico, Mr. Castle has represented all types of parties in a wide variety of contract negotiations - from Fortune 500 companies to local individuals. The bulk of his practice has been in major commercial real estate transactions including multi-million dollar sales, purchases, 1031 tax-exempt exchanges, and financings, both conventional and tax-exempt. He has authored numerous opinions on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions and published nationally on unique aspects of real estate development and finance.

Mr. Castle has been a primary real estate counsel for a major international wireless communications company in its nationwide operations. He also has hands-on experience in major mixed-use, master planned developments. He has worked extensively on governmental aspects of real estate development, including industrial revenue bonds, public improvement districts and other governmental financing vehicles, both on behalf of developers and governmental agencies.

Beginning in 2002, Mr. Castle served as General Counsel to two large, Albuquerque-based businesses. He was Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of SBS Technologies, Inc. (and its successor by acquisition, GE Fanuc Embedded Systems), a NASDAQ-listed embedded computing company with worldwide operations. Most recently, Mr. Castle was Vice President and General Counsel of Eclipse Aviation Corporation, a ground-breaking jet aircraft manufacturer which raised more than $1 billion in a series of complex debt, equity and industrial revenue bond transactions. Sandwiched between the two experiences, Mr. Castle acted as General Counsel to Campbell Corporation, a major master planned real estate owner and developer in the East Mountain area of central New Mexico, handling all aspects of real estate development for tens of thousands of acres for Campbell Corporation.
